A2SKI Construction LP is seeking an experienced and reliable MacLean Bolter

Operator to join our underground mining team at Lalor Mine, Manitoba. The

successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a MacLean Bolter to

install ground support systems while maintaining high safety and productivity

standards in an underground mining environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply with all site-specific and underground policies and procedures to

maintain operational integrity and safety standards.

• Installation of ground support using a Mechanized Bolter

• Operating various pieces of underground mining equipment specifically,

mechanized Bolter's and scissor decks.

• Ensure that the work area and equipment are consistently maintained in a clean,

organized, and operational condition to support safety and efficiency.

• Other mining related tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRMENTS:

Minimum five (5) years working full-time in an underground mining

environment.

Minimum two (2) years experience long hole drilling.

Must be competent drilling with Epiroc drills.

Demonstrates strong literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to

comprehend written work instructions and accurately complete shift reports,

including documentation of meters drilled and any issues encountered.

Long Hole Driller to join our underground mining team at Lalor Mine, Manitoba. The

successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating long hole drilling

equipment to complete production drilling activities in accordance with mine plans

while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity in an

underground mining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Operate Class A1 commercial vehicles (tractor-trailers, lowboys, flat decks, tankers as required)

·        Transport materials, equipment, fuel, and supplies to and from mine sites and staging areas

·        Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections in accordance with Saskatchewan regulations

·        Complete and maintain accurate logbooks, inspection reports, and shipping documentation

·        Ensure proper load securement in compliance with NSC standards

·        Follow all mine site safety policies, procedures, and environmental protocols

·        Maintain communication with dispatch and site supervisors

·        Assist with loading and unloading when required

·        Perform minor troubleshooting and report mechanical issues promptly

·        Comply with fatigue management and hours-of-service regulations

·        Participate in safety meetings and training

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck, tools, and work areas

·        Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks

·        Report incidents, damages, or hazards immediately to your supervisor and Safety Manager

Qualifications:

·        Class 1 Driver’s License

·        Minimum 5 years commercial driving experience is required

·        Experience operating in remote, winter, and northern road conditions is an asset

·        Clean driver abstract

·        Reliable and punctual, with a strong focus on safety

·        Clear communication skills with a mechanical aptitude
